The Bluffs on Sans Pierre, one of Bloomington’s newest and most beautiful association-maintained neighborhoods, boasts a rare and stunning location overlooking the Minnesota River valley.

“It’s unique from the standpoint that it’s on the river bluff,” says Steve Schwieters, president of Wooddale Builders.

“It’s a unique location,” Schwieters says. “And you have a great feeling of tranquility.”
